Hello! I began my journey working directly with clients 23 years ago. While completing formal tertiary post graduate studies of clinical psychology, clinical placements and registration requirements I also fostered a growing curiosity around yoga and meditation practices and what it meant to have a spiritual life.

I opened and successfully developed my first private psychology practice in 2004. Around this time, I completed the third of many Vipassana meditation retreats, feel in love with the writings of the Venerable Thich Naht Han and began attending a local Mindfulness practice group in West End Brisbane.

Since this time no matter the range of therapeutic modalities, psychological theories and esoteric readings I encounter and integrate into my clinical work, the transformation, ebb and flow of my daily practice and my continuous journeys into the Shamanic realms, I always return to my Buddhist heart and love of the Dharma.

Several location moves, relationship successes and failures (perceived!), travel, two children, and the sad/sweetness of dismantling practices and creating new ones, I now reside in the Northern Rivers.

I see individual clients and couples across Australia and the throughout the world online and in person in Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads and Ocean Shoes.

I see myself as a compassionate guide, practicing radical self/other acceptance, a clear mirror and a reflector, and a source of knowing and sharing of ancient and modern wisdom to help others to find their own pathway out of continuous experiences of darkness (depression, conflict, relationship discord), contraction (anxiety, trauma and other fear based neurosis), and how to then first experience the wonder and ecstasy of life, and the glory of realising their own unique expression of vital force, in this lifetime.

I offer a sex positive, conscious sexuality, kink friendly, LBGTI informed and sensitive space for human beings of all flavours to express and explore their inner realms and their challenges in navigating this precious life.

I predominantly practice from a Buddhist based philosophy which is trauma-informed, focused on embodiment through somatic experiencing, and the constant cultivation in real time of a mindful and compassionate approach to the understanding and being with of our direct experiences.
